is up for sale at an asking price of $7.9 million.  If true, that's a lot of pizza.  Of course, you can't believe everything you read on the Internet, but this item seems to have a kernal of truth as former OSP organist Walt Strony commented "It's actually been for sale for a couple years. But, this is a higher price than I'd heard. The owners just want to retire."
